Look for Christina and ririiart in the Artist Alley!Sibling to the fantastic Fantasy Basel, the Zurich Pop Con might be the most creative thing happening in Zurich all year! For two days only, September, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 10:00 - 19:00 Tickets are available online at the Zurich Pop Con website, or at the entrance to the event. There can be very long lines at the ticket counter, so many people buy their tickets ahead of time! Christina will be doing a live art exhibit, showing how the wool paintings are made. Available at this event: small and medium wool paintings, simple DIY wool painting needle felt kits, and durable/washable stickers! Ririiart is a 20-year-old artist who expresses herself through her characters and motifs. She has a great passion for seals, which she uses as a major source of inspiration and motivation. She loves the feeling of creating worlds for her characters through her imagination. Fashion is also an interesting subject for her, as she enjoys experimenting with bleach to create original designs on clothing. Available for purchase are hand-drawn digital artworks/prints featuring her own original characters as well as stylized depictions of people and figures from various media, stickers, blind boxes, keychains, and even a few T-shirts with bleach designs! |
